The Anti-dumping machinery has been operating in India for more than 1 decade. It has been functioning in accordance to Customs Traiff ( Amendment ) Act 1975. This act was in consonance with WTO Agreement on Implementation of Article VI of the General Agreement on Tariff and Trade ( GATT ) 1994. The objective of this book is to inform that India is a transparent, committed for free and fair regime in the era of globalisation of trade.
